Panthers fall to Madison County 9-1
Madison County 9 - Jackson County 1
Madison County jumped out to an 8-0 lead in the first two innings with the help of three questionable calls and three Panther errors. After the second inning, the Panthers settled down and played pretty good baseball, but it was too little, too late. Trevor Booth(5-4) took the loss and Josh Farmer had 2 hits at the plate. Booth added a double and Bolt added a single for the Panthers. The Panthers dropped to 6-15 overall and 5-14 in region 8-AAAA. Jackson County will try to break a five-game losing streak this Friday against #2 ranked Heritage.
